Hoofit, a
two year-old half brother to Ontrack Thoroughbreds yearling colt by Pins
from Chuckle,
is now stakes placed.
Hoofit (by Mossman) was a solid second in the Listed Champagne Stakes
(1400m) at Ellerslie last Saturday.
Prepared by Sunline’s co-trainer Steve McKee, Hoofit is part owned by Sir
Patrick Hogan of Cambridge Stud.
Chuckle’s first foal to race is the Gai Waterhouse prepared three year-old
Ten Seconds (by More Than Ready).
Ten Seconds was an impressive 3.5 len Randwick winner on debut at two. He
has been off the scene since being unplaced at his subsequent start, but is
now on the comeback trail.
Ontrack Thoroughbreds is currently syndicating a Pins half brother to
Hoofit.
The impressive colt is currently in the final stages of being broken in
before heading to Rob Heathcote at Eagle Farm.
