Sullivan’s Sportingbet Australia has installed boom young sire Fastnet Rock
as a red hot $1.35 favourite to claim this season’s First Season Sire title.
Fastnet Rock enjoyed a phenomenal sales season with 98 yearlings grossing a
massive $24m at an average of almost $250,000.
Al Maher, another Group 1 winning son of Danehill, has been priced at second
favourite at $4.60 behind Fastnet Rock.
Standing at Emirates Park stud, Al Maher enjoyed numbers at his initial
season at stud covering a massive book of 180 mares.
