On the
back of recent Group 1 success with Alverta, trainer Paul Messara is gearing
up for more success at the top level after some solid recent buying at the
sales.
With the backing of some good clients, Messara splashed out at Easter Sales
securing 11 lots for a total spend of over $3.4m.
With the caliber of yearling he is selecting, more Group 1 success is surely
just around the corner.
It was great to see up and coming young trainer Paul Messara record his
first Group 1 victory with tough mare Alverta during the Autumn.
Messara is a regular visitor to the Sunshine State, and we are sure to see
him soon as the Winter Carnival approaches.
With a palatial training base at Scone, backed with on course boxes at
Randwick, Messara has all the necessary ingredients to quickly climb the
training ranks in Australia.
