The Great Cask Hall at
Hope Estate is one of the most impressive Barrel Room’s in the country
and one of the Hunter Valley’s most popular function venues.
Part of the working winery, the Great Cask Hall is surrounded by 59
enormous wine filled casks (4,500 litres in each).
The Great Cask Hall was also utilised during the popular Channel Nine
Series 'Farmer Wants A Wife'.
The tour group will enjoy a private four course dinner and wine
tasting plus beverages in the Great Cask Hall at Hope Estate.

Sunday 16 May, 2010.
Elizabeth’s offers modern Australian cuisine utilising the best seasonal
produce available, expertly matched with Mount Pleasant wines in a relaxed
indoor and courtyard setting.
An example of regular items includes Asian-flavoured scallops, grilled
scampi on salsa, grilled lamb on sweet potato mash and kangaroo terrine.
The tour group will enjoy a two course lunch together with Wine Tasting.
