Hope Estate Wines is a family run winery in the heart of Pokolbin. It occupies the former Rothbury Estate Site, which includes the 'Great Cask Hall', the host venue for 'Farmer Wants A Wife'.

Hope Estate now provides the ultimate location for premium wine, fine dining, private functions and spectacular outdoor concerts and events.

The whole thing about Hope Estate is that their wines should be the best they possibly can. To do this the entire process has to be done on-site, from growing to bottling. This means that they are responsible for the grapes being picked at precisely the right moment.

Hope Estate grows and produces Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Merlot.

Recently the Mount Pleasant Lovedale Semillon has been recognised as the finest single vineyard Semillon in the world.

The historic property was named Mount Pleasant in 1921, after the peak that rises behind the Winery.

One of the most awarded wineries in Australia, Mount Pleasant as won five championships, 128 trophies, 500 Gold, 500 Silver & 1104 Bronze Medals.

Mount Pleasant is also home to fine dining restaurant 'Elizabeths'.
